AFM license

Meewind is registered as an investment fund with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (‘AFM’). On 18 October 2007, the management company of Meewind (Seawind Capital Partners B.V.) obtained a license from the AFM as the manager of an investment institution (Download AFM vergunning Seawind Capital Partners B.V. (PDF, 1,12MB)). The registration document at the AFM can be viewed in the appendix to the prospectus.
